• To review all relevant PPAP documents submitted by GM suppliers before approving the quality of parts shipped to GM.

• Working in close interaction with cross function team comprised of APQP SQE, & GM buyers for planning and scheduling of parts to be made available for a build.

• Preparing JES (Job Element Sheet) on gauges used in production floor, by undergoing the training in operating the gauges used in production floor.
• To supervise Gauge Technicians in maintaining the gauge tracking system (Gage Insite); with all event history of gauges and equipment. (Floor Calls, Repair, Checked in & Out, Holding Areas).
• Supervising & monitoring of activities in gauge and tools storage room & giving suitable recommendation.
