Current• Directing supervising, instructing and participating in the maintenance activities (preventive, predictive, corrective) conducted by maintenance team in each off the manufacturing area, focus of improving productivity, production yields, time utilization, working environment and safety contributing in preparing the yearly preventive maintenance plan, issuing the monthly maintenance plan and preparing for the required spare parts accordingly to approve budget.• Contacting with supplier and purchasing department to insure that all parts and material required on hand and monitoring spares part inventory planning, initiating and carrying out projects that improve the efficiency and reduce the operating costs.• Ensuring that all corporate policies and occupational safety and health administration rules are performed when carrying out by maintenance function.• Preparing, supervising and participating at new equipment installation and production line installations.• Developing the maintenance department by preparing and conducting training plans. • Define and lead processes related to integrated management system. (ISO 9001:2008, TS 16949) • Actively participate in plant Continuous Improvement (CI) activities Involve in 5s, POKA-Yoke, KAIZEN.• Manage contractor activities on site.• Direct daily work of maintenance Engineers and technicians to provide effective production support in the form of TPM.• Responsible of Preventive & Breakdown maintenance of all the SPM Machines (Pneumatics, Hydraulics, and PLC Based Indexing Machine) and facility maintenance.• Monitoring execution of the program for energy saving issues.• Maintain MTTR & MTBF, Breakdown % Level as per Target.• Breakdown analysis, planning of the Preventive Maintenance, machine History. Preparing MIS report.• Directing, supervising, instructing and participating maintenance of Utility equipment, AMC of UPS, lifting unit, STP plant.
