5. Principal Responsibilities • Responsible for driving initiatives for improvement in control implementation with the aim of strengthening Financial Crime Control• Ensuring liaising with BRCM, BPM and FCC teams ensure appropriate presentation of the customer information• Drive implementation for process improvements in collaboration with branches, BRCM, FCC and CAS.• Represent Branch Banking in teams set up to run Bank wide initiatives w.r.t implementing controls & processes..• Review Remediation processes and identify gaps and implement projects for improvement. • Liaise with Branches/ Key Stakeholders to ensure timely and complete delivery of customer information• Ensure implementation of recommendations made by FCC, monitoring of operational activities w.r.t remediation and identification of control weaknesses. Address the weaknesses thus identified• Coaching and guiding the Frontline about FCC and ensuring presentation of quality customer information• Liaise with FCC and BRCM to seek clarifications/dispensations on various Remediation issues.

Responsibilities include - Study and publish productivity metrics related to wealth management geographies.- Provide analytical support to the NRCs and central team in alignment to the overall wealth management strategy.- Assist the business in implementing the CRMS based Activity Management program in the Middle East- Manage the customer base for the NRI Business and facilitate customer transfers on an ongoing basis.- Engage with BICOI to manage MI’s within agreed timelines and accuracy.- Provide relevant inputs for the weekly sales calls and liaise with the relevant NRCs for the same.- Assist VP- Sales Management in Installing a robust sales tracking mechanism in order to provide sales direction to business leaders. - Ensure accuracy in the monthly wealth management income provisioning.- Would entail liaising with SBAD- Interacting with the relevant NRCs for timely information on the same.- Engaging with the Middle East wealth management operations team for the monthly reports- Overseas Commission Tracking and monitoring- Update commission details and keep an updated excel on all commission receivable and received at all times.- Liaise with Local HBME offices i.e. UAE, Bahrain, Oman and Qatar for remittance of commission income to INM.- Follow up with the local offices on pending commission receivables.- Reconcile sales numbers reported by RMs with commission received from HBME.- Indian Mutual Fund commission tracking and monitoring- Liase with WMS back office on timely posting of AMC commission due to INM NRI services- Maintain MIS on commission receivable from the Indian AMCs.- Reconcile and following up with the WMS back office team on pending commission.- Backup for the Non-Wealth working viz. NR Mortgages, Remittances, Referrals, Cross Sell and Liabilities
