Developed and drove strategies for quality improvements, executed risk mitigation, and developed and implement Quality Systems for both internal and external customer improvements. Identified process gaps, champion and lead initiatives to strengthen overall process quality and deliverables with improvement plans to reduce error percentage. Performed quality audit checks for various operational efficiency levels, suppliers & recommended measures for improvement in bottom-line performance.
