Consulting in the areas of IT strategy, business process improvement by IT integration, enterprise architecture, application development and IT professional mentoring.Currently consulting an industry oriented finishing school in the above mentioned areas.In 2013 providing consulting services to a the flagship company of $2 Billion group to setup Mobile Application Development competency. The scope included ideation and defining processes for the mobile application group and hand holding the group with initial technologies Android native apps as well as device agnostic web-apps.In 2010,11,12 consulted a company running earn-and-learn scheme to make entry level aspirants at bottom of pyramid workforce to setup processes and IT solution. Scope involved strategy and complete SDLC using open source technologies.

India became an independent region in June 2007 and was one of the fastest growing in IBM world. Was responsible AIS business for the client base in Indian subcontinent in the area of application development and complex system integration. A service line leader was measured on KPI’s of revenue, gross profit, utilization, capabilities development & contribution to signings. Successfully led IT Strategy/Enterprise Architecture for a NBFC in infrastructure finance to win a multiyear strategic outsourcing deal worth 50 million. Won IBM Hypergrowth Award for Apollo-DKV SO deal with majority of complex system integration component. Demonstrated feasibility of AIS business by bringing a bad complex integration project for a FMCG client on track.Increased services business component for custom application development and complex system integration. New business focus was created around RFID based solutions, BFSI, and Enterprise Architecture as well as SOA strategy Consulting.Accountable for delivery and hence revenue of complex system integration projects in various strategic outsourcing accounts of IBM. There were also other accounts for turnkey projects for financial services, FMCG, oil refinery clients. All of these accounts had large number of technologies and followed Software Engineering and IBM's Global Services Methodologies.As part of organizational mandate and a necessity Software Engineering based delivery excellence was made mandatory and implemented for all large solutions and project deliveries.

• This position was created in Jan 2006 as the part of IBM’s global strategic initiative to strengthen position in services market. IBM cross-industry client pursuit teams globally, selling bespoke application services and complex system integration services, engaged my teams to define client engagement strategy and to develop proposed solution. The client requirements ranged from enterprise transformation to specific business problems. The team handled over 200 solutioning assignments and Prashant was personally involved in over 30 large complex assignment and review of all major assignments.• Performance metrics include KPI’s like global delivery volume and content, gross profit and PTI, win ratio, demand forecasting, asset reuse, reusable assets creation and continuous improvement in Solutioning.Allied functional responsibilities were C-level client presentations, definition and implementation of global solutioning excellence, promoting value proposition, enhancing proportion of global delivery, defining and establishing new service offerings (Client Experience Branding, User Design, WFM-ClickSoftware), supporting emerging global delivery locations for solutioning capability development building assets and teams. Improve effectiveness of global delivery with IBM geographic teams.• The vary nature of the assignment gave Prashant opportunity to deal with all major technologies viz. Java, Microsoft, ERP's like SAP, Oracle, Siebel and open source technologies across sectors-industries with various information technology models viz. Application development to strategic outsourcing.

This key service area focuses primarily on Java and Microsoft platforms.• Application Development being the largest service area, Prashant had to assume additional national pan-organizational leadership in the areas of streamlining on-boarding of new employees, retention, coordination of fresh college hire induction, training and deployment, organization branding.• Key achievements include growth of the service area from 2500 to 4000, presence from 3 to 5 cities in India, drop in attrition rate, multi-channel capacity optimization, high rate of demand fulfilment with zero overdue, meeting utilization targets, training penetration, growing certifications, and budget adherence.

•This learning experience helped Prashant appreciate various aspects of building and sustaining an organization encompassing people, processes, business development, finances, administration, management and leadership.•The bootstrap startup was dedicated to the development of Arthachakra, a business transaction engine, products and custom applications based on Arthachakra, printing press monitoring device.• ArthaChakra: Vision was to have a virtual appliance that users can configure and then manage enterprise wide business transactions. It started with ArthaChakra, a plug and play component architecture implementing rule based duplex relationships of business transaction life cycle and associated positions (balances, inventories); organization structure of parties involved in the transaction and configuration of traded product, allowing users to manage market, credit and operations risks.
