Duties & Responsibilities:• To carry out third party inspection at different vendor premises for inspection of various bought out, raw material, forging, casting, tubes, pipes, plates, fittings, flanges, valves, storage tanks, etc. & fabricated items like Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, structural fabrication.• Final Inspection of SEAMLESS & ERW Line pipes of various size (from ½“ to 14 “) as per A 106 GR B & API 5L GR B at M/s. Maharashtra seamless ltd. Nagothane for client IOCL, L&T, HPCL, Samsung, etc.• On Line Monitoring & Final Inspection of LSAW pipes at M/s.LALIT PIPES & PIPES LTD. ( Size – upto 50 “ OD )• Witness NDT from raw material till finish stage in fabrication, forgings, castings etc.• Inspect & certify materials/equipment at vendor premise on behalf of client such as L&T, Reliance, Samsung, IOCL, etc..• Witness & certify material testing machines at test labs for compliance to material testing standard. • WPS/PQR/WPQ Qualification and approval. • Perform vendor evaluation for capability and quality aspect to manufacture & supply coded equipment’s on behalf of client.Major Projects handled:• Successfully completed SOLAR PV POWER PLANT PROJECT { KUKSHI (M.P.) } of M/s. Major Projects handled:• Onsite Inspection / Supervision for Mahanagar Gas Pipeline project ( Compressed Gas Distribution Network ) at Ambernath MIDC.

Duties & Responsibilities:• Preparation of Quality Control Procedures, NDE Procedures & Quality Assurance Plans for production of LSAW pipes as per customer requirements.• Raw material inspection• On process inspection during production of LSAW pipes• Dimensional inspection of pipes• Visual inspection of weld joints• Liquid Penetrant test of weld joints• Radiographic interpretation of weld joints• Ultrasonic testing of weld joints• Hydro testing of pipes• Ensuring product quality through in-process & final inspection control in accordance with requirements of QAP for both in-house as well as subcontracted jobs.• Liaise with third party inspection agency / surveyors• Perform physical tests like Bend test, Tensile test , Impact test• All quality control documentation • Ensuring product quality through in-process & final inspection control in accordance with requirements of QAP for both in-house as well as subcontracted jobs.• Final product inspection (i.e. Painting & staincelling as per clients requirements ) before dispatch

Duties & Responsibilities:• Production planning, Manpower allocation and labor handling • Preparation of Quality Control Procedures, NDE Procedures & Quality Assurance Plans for production of LSAW pipes, Turnkey Projects & Fabrication as per customer requirements.• Raw material inspection• On process inspection during production of LSAW pipes & fabrication.• Visual and Dimensional inspection of weld joints of LSAW pipes & Fabricated structures.• Witnessing Non-destructive tests and Interpreting the result• Liaise with third party inspection agency / surveyors• All quality control documentation • Final product inspection before dispatch

Duties & Responsibilities:• Production planning, Manpower allocation and labor handling • Preparation of Auto CADD drawings and convert them into CNC cutting program using 2D software for CNC cutting of plates to different sizes as per product classification.• On process supervision / inspection during production of plate type heat exchangers.• Visual and Dimensional inspection of plate type heat exchangers.
