• Monitor Layer Three Messages for site reselection, Intra Frequency Handover, Inter Frequency handover,
• Cluster drives for monitoring coverage, Access Issues, Call drops, Call Blocks and handover problems.
• Optimize site with bad Uplink, Packet loss, Downlink, and Inter frequency handover for Outdoor sites.

• Collect Data using TEMS.
• Test CSFB.
• Hasatti drive using the Hasatti application and TEMS to determine the LTE and UMTS Coverage all over Chicago.
• Perform throughput test for newly integrated sites of LTE Network (DL,UL & ping)
• Cluster Drives to monitor coverage, access issues, call drops, Intra frequency handover, Inter frequency handover, CSFB call testing, Irat.

Mumbai Area, India

• RF Optimization for IBS, coordination between the teams and Cluster head for maintenance of the IBS site
• Monitoring performance of the IBS sites all over Mumbai on daily basis using doctor reports, handover reports, Call drop reports, call block report etc.
• Perform walk test using TEMS Pocket for the DAS sites to identify problems and resolve them.
• Also indentify New Buildings, Malls, Corporate Building etc for new DAS coverage and getting it approved from customer.
• Design new DAS Sites for GSM coverage.
• Approving new DAS Sites build by Vendor after monitoring site for a week and also checking the Rf coverage at the site.

Mumbai Area, India

• Conducting Drive Test and RF Optimization for Airtel, BPL and other service providers in Mumbai
• Analyze and preparing reports with problems and suggestions for the drive done by analyzing log files collected.
• Analyze the collected data for Call drops, Handovers, Coverage, and other parameters affecting the daily KPI’s of the GSM Sites in Mumbai.
• Optimize using TEMS and Map Info.
