Roles & Responsibilities: ·         Recruitment & Selection - Understanding the requirement properly, preparing and posting job description and advertisement.Screening resumes, coordinating the further process with the concerned line Managers, Conducting final HR interview to offer the candidate. ·         Joining & Induction - Responsible for the completion of joining formalities including documentation, introduction and issuance of Appointment Letter etc.Giving an overview of organization’s policies and hierarchy to new employees. Payroll Management - Maintaining all Personnel Files, Employee Database and relevant information, Maintenance and updation of Employee Attendance Record, Leave Record etc. Performance Management - Facilitating and monitoring the performance planning and performance evaluation process and ensuring the timely completion of the reviews, Facilitating performance review discussions. ·         Exit Formalities - Maintaining all resignation and Separation details, Conducting Exit Interviews and ensuring the separation formalities
