Led post silicon characterization activites and worked on PCIe Gen4/3,USB 3,UFS G4 and UPI electrical characterization TX & RX (Jitter tolerance and stressed eye) spec compliance. Full scale PLL characterization and Internal circuit performance. System level test for RX margin using single socket and 2 socket server processor platform. System level protocol validation and feature checks and transistor aging test.Managed IP characterization lab Was responsible for yearly expenditure projection,analyzing the equipment requirement,purchase of equipment/boards/accessories. Managed a lab with 40 setups(HSIO,Display,MIPI,LDO and GPIO) based on the project requirement. Worked with cross functional labs and finance to minimize the lab operational expense.
