- Lead the team for design, development and follow up for Firmware development.- Design and implemented the Garbage Collection (GC) module. The GC IOPS speed conrtol is adaptive to host read write speed so that host will get consistent performance.- Design and implemented Data Path layer module. This module has designed i.e. Host and GC read/writes will use same data path and help in reducing GC overhead.- Design and implemented Bad Block management layer. The main idea to provide bad block free interface to FTL layer.- Design and implemented page mapping table and initialization. - Design and develop device self-test platform and in these tests device will test automatically test all hardware of SSD and used to debug the new Flash Transport Layer (FTL) layer module.

In order to reduce write amplification and increase the write performance of a flash memory drive, make all convert the incoming random host IOs to as sequential as possible. Thus, a DM driver (filter driver) in Linux introduced to intercept all IOs flowing to SSD Drives. The filter driver implements an algorithm, which will convert the random 16K, writes as sequential 16K writes within a region on SSD Drives.
