I am a highly experienced Test Lead with more than 15 years’ experience working on automation testing and particular expertise in Selenium webdriver, BDD (Cucumber), Cypress and Ansible automation and API automation using python, as well as requirement analysis, design test strategies, estimations, test execution, defect logging and reporting. I have excellent leadership and team motivational skills and, as you might expect, I am highly organised and have a keen attention to detail, which means that all of the tasks entrusted to me are invariably completed on time and to full specification. This general aptitude is supported by my strong technical management skills.I also pride myself on being able to work quickly and effectively in appraising all of the potential issues and problems that might affect any aspect of the business platform as they arise, getting to understand them as best I can and working to find a solution without causing undue delay.Working very well as I do with teams of people of varying sizes, I obviously also greatly enjoy the collaborative process: getting everyone to move as effectively as possible towards the desired objective.
