Perform preventive & breakdown maintenance for plant and MMU (Pumper Unit System) to prevent stoppages.7. Perform quality analysis of the finished product with respect to density, functional tests, VOD, COD, AGS etc. 8. Minimize the product’s production cost by adhering to industry standard practices.9. Keep record of daily raw materials’ consumption for monthly production requirement and to replenish stock as and when required.10. Responsible for carrying out new projects and upgrading of existing plant equipment.11. Analyzed technical data, safety precautions and costing prior to implementing new projects or upgrading of equipment and keep record of progress or changes to the projects.12. Adhering to all safety rules for production and other activities.

Nigeria

1. Responsible for handling of small diameter cartridge emulsion and slurry explosives production plants.2. Responsible for day to day operations of Bulk Emulsion and slurry plants.3. Prepare daily production and maintenance schedule and other daily activities.4. Maintain and review all production plants’ maintenance and operation records.5. Review production parameters to ensure the production are carried out according to required standards.6. Conduct regular preventative maintenance of production plant equipment (which includes the K.P. (Cartridge Pack) machine, Model no.: Chub Maker ® 4000 and 2500) to reduce machine stoppage time and if necessary carry out repairs on machines as required. 7. Perform quality parameter checks on finished products such as density, functional tests, VOD, COD, AGS, etc.8. Utilize industry standard practices to maintain or reduce production and maintenance costs. 9. Keep record of raw material inventories to ensure adequate amount is in stock and replenish inventories when required.10. Perform analysis on data, required safety precautions and costs when implementing new projects.

1. Responsible for Cartridge Emulsion, Bulk Emulsion and Slurry based explosives production plants.2. Planned daily production, maintenance & miscellaneous activities to achieve target set by management.3. Maintain ISO record for all plant-related maintenance and operational procedures for Cartridge Emulsion, Bulk Emulsion and Slurry based production plants.4. Review and approve production quality parameters of oxidizer solution, fuel solution, Batch mixing and continuous Mixing as per prescribed norms.5. Conduct regular maintenance and repair operations on K.P. (Cartridge Pack) m/c (Model no. : Chub Maker ® 4000 and 2500] for production.6. Carry out preventive & breakdown maintenance for all the plants.7. Perform quality analysis on finished products such as checking density, conducting functional, VOD, COD and AGS tests, etc. to ensure it meets the minimum quality requirement.8. Maintain the production & maintenance cost for finished product as per standard industry practice.9. Maintain inventory records for raw materials and spare parts and replenish accordingly to ensure minimum disruption to production process.10. Involved in the preparation of the following raw materials or products: a) Special emulsifier (D.G-6) b) Sodium Nitrate c) P.E.T.N. d) Detonating fuse11. Assisted in the setting up of laboratory at the production plant for in-process quality check on the products using Brook field viscometer, pH & conductivity meter, Density Solution & weighing balance, etc. during the manufacturing process.
