I worked at Barclays Finance Shared Services as an Assistant Manager.Supported 120+ application used for Financial Reporting written in Microsoft technologies ,some of them includes rewrites .The technologies involved are C#.Net, VB.Net, Asp.Net, SQL Server ,DTS, VB , VBA,Excel Macros ,Job Scheduling on Connect Direct ServerTook the responsibilities to get the issue resolved within/before specified priority based SLA through Incident management systemInvolved in effort estimation for the new projects ,feasibility analysis ,stakeholder managementEnsured that all the project follows SDLC Ensured that all new projects go through proper level of testing ,bug fixing through SIT/UAT/OAT/PRE-PROD before implementing on liveInvolved in SOX audit for all the supported apps ,maintained Internal controls ,provided evidence to external(PWC) & internal auditors.
