Assist the new partners with vendor registration processes of all the major companies (PDO, OXY, DALEEL, OQ etc). 5. Approaching clients from different sectors seeking potential business opportunities for our principals6. Forwarding valuable business leads for all the ongoing & upcoming projects to our principals (specific to their products & services)7. Framing business development strategies tailormade for each manufacturer focusing on potential end users suitable for their portfolios 8. Enhancing their market reach by pitching their products to them our pre established clientele. 9. Maintaining connections with in-country Feed Offices in PDO, OQ, Worley etc and doing regular presentations for our principals and ensure incorporation of there products during FEED stages guarantying future requirements

With the combined experiences from Handling Clients, performing project costing & budgeting, project scheduling & cost controlling, I started working in the capacity of a full time Project Manager single handedly managing the EPC for multiple O&G projects simultaneously.

Roles & Responsibilities, 1. Reviewed the project requirements, specifications & detailed drawings to perform project costing2. Raised Technical queries and attend technical meetings with the clients for project requirement clarifications 3. Proposing changes to scope of work for cost savings 4. Identification of technically qualified vendors & sub-contractors for project costing 5. Rate negotiations with vendors & sub-contractors.

With a thorough under understanding of project budget and good relations with the client, I started planning and executing the EPC of O&G Projects in the range of USD 5Million to 10 Million. Under the supervision of our GM, I had to propose and implement all cost controlling measures ensuring high profitability. I was also assigned the responsibility to monitor the consumption of material & man power and flag it to the management whenever, it exceeded the assigned budget.
