As an experienced Assistant Project Manager, I have successfully managed project budgets, coordinated with clients, contractors and vendors, prepared monthly reports and monitored project cash flows. With a strong background in project management, I have also managed project timelines, assisted with contractual claims and issues related to invoicing and sub-consultancy agreements, and maintained financial schedules for a range of complex projects.In my current role at Systra MVA Consulting India Pvt. Ltd, I work closely with the PM to ensure successful project delivery, establish processes and procedures, and maintain professional services in project management. I am responsible for preparing project financial schedules and maintaining cash flows through timely invoicing, as well as raising invoices and following up with clients for outstanding payments.
