Logistics-• Ensuring all Interstate and Intrastate shipments are processed accurately, on- time & in-full (OTIF) against permits/orders to the Customer.• Plan & arrange vehicle from the transporters for dispatching the finished product.• Planning everyday dispatches in coordination with sales team and based on factors like financial approvals, stock position, unloading capacity of customer, minimizing truck detention etc.• Provide right dispatch documents with consignment to ensure no Government Penalties.• Planning and Arrangement of Export Duty for seamless dispatchesWarehouse management- • Maintain warehouse as per standards, implementing Visual Management in warehouse.• Ensure physical verification of the items received for quality and quantity.• To maintain FIFO inside Finished Good Warehouse.• Managing and stacking of stock as per bins defined for each SKU to avoid intermixing of different SKUs.• Finished goods to be kept in such a way inside the warehouse so as to optimize the space availability.Other Responsibilities-• Managing excise related activities like Export duty management, EVC (Excise Verification Certificate) handling.• Daily Co-ordination with production team to go as per market requirements.• Training team members on maintaining 5 S practices in warehouse, Safe FG loading and Unloading Practices,Pre dispatch Inspection SOPs and lean management.• Invoicing in JD Edwards software.

• Managing the efficient receipt and storage of Finished Goods of 15 different states to ensure no intermixing of SKUs of different state• Planning everyday multi-state dispatches by keeping in mind different factors like Customer requirement, stock position at warehouse, Unloading Capacity at bonds, Financial Clearance etc.• Ensuring dispatch documents accompanying the consignment are correct and complete as different states has different sales tax/excise document requirement.• Physical Verification of Finished Goods after every day dispatch and Production to ensure no discrepancy of stock.• Freight bill entry and forwarding the same for processing and handling transporter grievance if any.• Complying with all Health, Safety and Environmental standards.• Developing and implementing SOPs for warehouse and dispatch.• Investigating any inventory losses.• Ensuring Finished Good is stocked correctly and safely.
