Four year in Secretarial Department of Siva Industries and Holdings Limited.• Maintenance of all secretarial records / filing keeping / updation of the group companies.• Coordinating with Digital Signature authorized agents for obtaining DSC.• Preparation of KYC documents for the companies for opening various bank accounts, demat accounts etc.• Coordinating with Notary Public for getting the documents such affidavits, indemnity bonds notarized• Updation of Statutory registers of all group companies with respect to various forms filed with ROC• Coordinating with Printers / seal agents for getting the share certificates, letter heads, MOA – AOA, Common seal, Rubber stamps.• Carrying out various activates pertaining to Banks such as obtaining Demand Draft, Payment of ROC fees• shares Coordinating with the consultants to obtain original copy of documents as and when required.• Handle all the procedure for preparing payment challans for various forms filed, consultancy fees paid and get the same approved and forward for processing.• Updating share transfer deeds, affixing appropriate value of stamps, making appropriate endorsements in share certificates and statutory registers , printing of new share certificates subsequent to transfer or new issue.Two Years in Legal Department of Siva Ventures Limited.• Maintenance of all the legal departments documents of 65 group companies.• Coordinating with the Sub - Registrar Office for obtaining encumbrance certificate, certified true copy of documents and other documents pertaining to transfer of property.• Keeping record of all legal case hearings, updating the Court dairy pertaining to dates for the upcoming hearings.• Coordinating with the VAO for obtaining patta, chiita adangal.
