Planning and scheduling site works.In charge of supervision in Fabrication, Erection, Cableglanding&termination, mounting of instruments, Loop checking and other E&I works.Configuring and troubleshooting of DCS, PLC, SCADA (Yokogawa, ABB).Understanding P&ID diagrams, Tray layouts, Flow chart and Fabrication drawings etc.Erection and commissioning of VFD included MCC panel, PLC Panel.Erection, Maintenance and calibration of control valves (Pneumatic, MOV).Erection and commissioning of different types of Industrial Motors, pumps.Maintenance and shutdown work in water treatment plant, breweries etc.Daily progress report updating.Provide information or technical or program assistance to government representatives, employers, or the general public on the issues of public health, environmental protection, or workplace safety. Provide Consultation and Advice to Others - Providing guidance and expert advice to management or other groups on technical, systems-, or process-related topics. Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work - Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work. Knowledge in safety handling of chemicals and materials, hot work and cold work permit, fire and safety handling in petroleum plants & Attending monthly safety awareness class meeting in our plants.Analysing daily Breakdowns by doing Why-Why Analysis, Root cause analysis of Problems and taking corrective and preventive actionsScheduling and Carrying out Preventive maintenance and Predictive maintenance activitiesCarrying out New Pumps, Motors & Control panel trials run and Inspection.
