During this time, I orchestrated innovative commercial stewardship strategies to drive Bayer's North American business priorities and maintained LTO through proper stewardship of seed/trait and crop protection products. I planned and organized annual stewardship visits of 120+ dealer locations to introduce optimal stewardship practices and educate dealers on regulatory and stewardship obligations. Met commercial stewardship operational and educational goals by collaborating with internal and external business partners to distribute grower and dealer education. Steered deployment of impactful digital strategy for electronic-only signing of Technology Stewardship Agreements to maximize compliance by customers and dealers.Highlights of accomplishment in this role include:▪ Led a team of internal stakeholders, legal counsel, and third-party investigators to ensure compliance.▪ Facilitated design and improvement of digital and print stewardship materials, including technology use guides, technology stewardship agreements, dealer and grower communications, and dealer education materials▪ Introduced key marketing programs to translate mission of commercial stewardship and drive successful compliance of Bayer’s seed/trait and crop protection business, such as the Hooded Sprayer program and targeted Stewardship Incentives.▪ Represented Bayer Crop Science as the vice president of the Seed Innovation and Protection Alliance to facilitate respect of intellectual property rights across agricultural industry.

During this time, I maintained relationships with 30+ research and retail partners, such as farmers and GROWMARK in Illinois to propel success of commercial science alphas, betas, and field research protocols focused on Seed Advisor, corn and soybean placement, fungicide, and variable rate seeding. I designed impactful processes and managed 150+ field protocols annually related to data science initiatives and commercial experience for research partners. I optimized user experience and built positive product rapport by providing effective customer service for digital farming solutions. I fostered relationships with TD&A and science to deliver utilization of Climate FieldView.Highlights of accomplishment in this role include:▪ Supported salesman in becoming the biggest advocate of digital innovation by demonstrating the value of customer insights using aerial imagery to create brand differentiation.▪ Promoted utilization of AI product placement tool (Seed Advisor) to interact with core customers in August/September, including securing seed orders and delivering effective plans for planting units.▪ Nurtured relationships with top producer accounts in Illinois to bring digital tools and artificial intelligent insights to market and enhance customer experience.▪ Drove digital transformation within Bayer business, such as corn & soybean placement tools by collaborating with internal climate science and product managers to develop new products and features.▪ Delivered on the goal of digital enablement by developing robust plans with Illinois and U.S. Agronomy teams to collect product comparison data in Climate Fieldview and meet Bayer's agronomic needs to drive business growth.▪ Designed and deployed adult learning modules to support Bayer across all business partners in improving comprehension of commercial and science offerings.

In this capacity, I spearheaded $20 million territory of corn, soybeans, and canola while collaborating with nine team members. I achieved business goals by improving DEKALB Asgrow experience for both growers and dealers. I designed leading-edge marketing plans to grow business and enhance brand awareness. I contributed to success of Asgrow and Dekalb product lines by coordinating supply and placement of brand products within dealer locations.Highlights of accomplishment in this role include:▪ Accelerated business growth and expanded market reach by fostering productive relationships with more than 10 dealer locations, salesmen, and growers.

In this role, I provided support to Area District Sales Manager to meet supply demands before planting season. I coordinated monitoring sales team operations within the assigned district.
