Presently, I am entrusted with the responsibility of implementing and overseeing three Mental Health programs in West Singhbhum District, Jharkhand, showcasing my dedication to impactful program management and community well-being

Joined CINI in August 2011, contributing to both short-term and long-term projects in Public Health System Strengthening, Nutrition Governance, and conducting short-term research projects across Jharkhand. Throughout my tenure, I assumed diverse responsibilities at CINI, including project execution, documentation, donor reporting, compliance adherence, capacity building, project activity monitoring, and supportive supervision.I actively engaged in training needs assessments and the development of training manuals for Program Management Units and grassroots health workers of NRHM. Additionally, I took on the responsibility of networking with various organizations and networks to advocate for nutrition and health. My multifaceted role at CINI underscored my commitment to holistic project management and health advocacy.

During my tenure, MPVS served as the National Secretariat for Jan Swasthya Abhiyaan (JSA/PHM), the Indian Chapter of Peoples Health Movement. In my capacity as Assistant Coordinator for JSA/PHM, I actively participated in governance activities related to public health and nutrition across various regions in India. My responsibilities encompassed organizing national-level surveys and studies, conducting budget analyses, preparing policy assessment documents, and coordinating workshops on right to healthcare and free access to medicines. In addition to these, I held roles in project management, documentation, reporting, donor reporting, compliances, and budgeting, showcasing a comprehensive engagement in the multifaceted aspects of public health advocacy and program administration

Ashagram Trust is dedicated to the rehabilitation of individuals with disabilities. Throughout my tenure with the organization, I assumed the role of overseeing projects focused on Community Mental Health, Community-Based Rehabilitation, and Community-Based Monitoring of health services. My key responsibilities included project management, enhancing the capacity of team members, documenting program activities, and coordinating Psychiatric camps across four locations in the Pati block. I actively engaged in history-taking for Persons With Mental Illness, ensuring proper follow-up on medication, and facilitating the linkage of PWMI with various government schemes and entitlements

As the overseer of the rehabilitation center, my responsibilities encompass the comprehensive management of the facility. This involves identifying destitute individuals, liaising with the judiciary and police for their transfer, coordinating the treatment plans for women inmates, providing counseling, monitoring daily routines and activities, ensuring consistent follow-up on treatment progress, and facilitating connections with various schemes and agencies for their ongoing support and well-being
