• Developed Manufacturing Processes for assigned product, develop, and Implement PWI (Process Work Instruction), was Ensure finished product meets Suzlon as well as IS3834-2 & EN1090-1 standard requirements.• Worked with Heavy Fabrication sheet metal work and Monitored Process like (SMAW, FCAW, TIG, Rolling Machine, Plasma Cutting, Drilling Machine, beveling Machines, etc.)• Studied PWIs and Re structured process flow by using various tools like KAIZEN, QIP, PFMEA, SIX SIGMA, DMAIC, Root Cause analysis that helps organization in saving Time/Material/Manpower/ or improvement in product quality.• Assist Team working in various continuous Improvement Initiatives by providing guidance, training as well as active involvement as and when required.• Support manufacturing process where necessary for problem solving and resolution.• Record and Monitored of all process data, BOM, consumables etc. for NPD proto manufacturing tower.
