 Invoice Processing: Ensure accuracy of invoice details such as quantities, prices and terms. Payment Processing: Receive and record payments from customers. Reconciliation: Reconcile AR and AP balances to ensure accuracy and completeness.Reconcile 26AS, TIS and AIS. Reconcile customers ledgers. Reporting: Prepare and analyze AP and AR reports, including aging summaries and cashflow Customer Relations: Communicate with customers regarding outstanding payments andresolve any billing discrepancies. Maintain positive relationships to facilitate timelypayment. Aging Analysis: Monitor AR aging reports to track overdue payments. TDS (Tax Deducted at Source): Deduct TDS as required and ensure timely deposits. GST (Goods and Services Tax): knowledge of file Nil GST returns.
