• Developed and coordinated a structured review process for all business verticals and locations for Top Management and Chairman’s reviews. • Led operational efficiency improvement initiatives to push the productivity and operating cost benchmarks. Productivity improved by 15% on an average in 2 years, and operating costs remained almost stable despite inflation. • Coordinated initiatives such as Long range Business Plan development, Annual Budgets, Organization restructuring / rightsizing and process automation. • Developed and implemented the vision of a Digital Port aimed at leveraging technology to aid better control on port operations through visibility improvement, dashboarding and reporting , and improve customer experience of doing business through use of online channels for business transactions. The plan is under implementation, and has been woven within the transformation programme. • Established the Utility subsidiary of APSEZ to provide utility services (power, water, waste management) in Mundra SEZ.
