Migrate VMs across hosts within a HA cluster to perform maintenance tasks on ESXi hosts.-Create virtual switches and port groups, configure virtual networking settings for redundancy by teaming up NICs,Configure network traffic, security and load balancing policies.-Take VM snapshots or remove snapshots and perform disk consolidation on VM if required.-Provision and Administer Hyper-V hosts, Guest OS with SCVMM 2012 R2 admin console. Manage and administer private cloud in Hyper-V infrastructure.-Analyze windows server performance issue with the help of SysInternal Tool or WinDbg. Perform security & health checkups of windows servers for compliance related activities.-Troubleshoot server hardware issues such as boot problems, blue screens, raid controller issues, source application performance problems and determine root-cause of hardware resource constraints, remediate issues and engineer a global solution to prevent recurrence.-Support end users on complex technical issues, including problems related to DFS share's access, user permissions issue and user account lockouts.-Assess, create and implement changes.
