As part of software development projects following an Agile model, I elaborate user stories to provide detailed requirements for development teams.In addition, I have been involved in creating business test cases and performing functional testing in domain-intensive projects. I work collaboratively with customers, technical teams, and subject matter experts to ensure the successful delivery of projects.I support the Presales and Consulting teams in the development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) by providing my expertise. As a Business Analyst in RPA, I was responsible for analyzing and understanding existing business processes and documenting them to ensure compliance. I attended process walkthrough calls and map out high-level As-Is process flowcharts, including the process keystrokes. I actively participated in various types of interviews, meetings, or workshops to define, design, and configure automation solutions.In addition, my role involved supporting the creation and documentation of test procedures and scenarios before User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assisting business teams during testing activities, such as integration testing and end-to-end (business process) testing.Managing the end-to-end project lifecycle is another aspect of my responsibilities. I acted as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customers, project teams, leadership, and administration. I used to run workshops with client Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gain a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end process. During these workshops, I identified any automation blockers and assess the suitability of the process for automation. Additionally, I calculated automation percentage and FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) benefits, and I provided effort estimates and determined the required number of BOTs (Robotic Process Automation software robots).As part of my role, I presented a summary of findings to the client, walking them through the to-be design of the automated process. I collaborated closely with the development team to ensure that requirements were accurately mapped and suitable for development. Furthermore, I continuously provided suggestions for improving existing processes and design the to-be flows based on the data and insights gathered.
