After 2 years, Through IJP, got a role of a Senior Scrum Master for SAP Technology Platform. Implemented end to end demand flow to channelize demands coming from different platforms and helped teams with planning & prioritization techniques. Created a Program Governance forum to check progress of the demands and internal initiatives and mitigate risks. Created a Framework mix of Scrum, Kanban and Lean to modernize how we work by simplifying the processes and implement best practices for the whole platform consisting of 8 teams.

I landed a job as a Project Manager based on my networking background. I worked on variety of Projects like Cyber Security, Mergers & Acquisitions, Contract Renewal, Cloud Contact Centre. Meanwhile, kept my learning on. Got Scrum Master certified.

Here As a Technology Analyst, I implemented and troubleshooted complex LAN/WAN infrastructure. Designed networks for branches and datacenters according to customer requirement. Also suggested the best solution for customer infrastructure according to their requirements. I was good in handling customer relationships and got a chance to work alongside Project Managers, which enticed me. Wow Solutions, a local internet distributor, the company was very new so I did a mix of role here. I worked as a Network Engineer, managed CRM tool and it's integration with SMS gateway & payment gateway, managed data plans, helped with revenue management. My base location was Chandigarh, I was asked to move to Pune to open L1 centralized support center for all broadband and lease line customers. We achieved it successfully with the team work.Then, I decided to move completely into technology side.
