In this role I was tasked with:• Performing Offensive Security audits (Application penetration testing (Web/Mobile/Desktop), Wifi Assessments • Defining new offerings (Adversary Simulations, Infrastructure security hardening)• Managing BU's yearly budgets (P&L, Hiring, purchases&procurement)• Managing BU's progression of revenue on a monthly basis, revenue forecast on a quarterly basis• Managing the team scheduling to maximize the time spent while delivering penetration testing activities• Managing the team growth by defining yearly personal objectives and training schedules (with a certificationassigned each year), balancing them with business requirements • Reporting to the board to define mid-year and end-year targets

During Yoroi's startup phases, I was tasked with:• Providing support in designing the cloud infrastructure and its monitoring system• Providing support in designing physical network topology of Yoroi's offices• Performing performance analysis of Yoroi's proprietary Genku solution• Doing L1 and L2 Cyber analyst tasks: I managed cyber incidents using platforms such as Yoroi CSDC and relativeintegrations (IBM Qradar, Splunk)• Performing Offensive Security audits (Web/Mobile/HW/Wifi penetration test)• Supporting the sales team in engaging customers with pre-sale activitites• Doing all the things that are needed in a very small company with a big challenge ahead :)

In this role, I was designing and deploying: - Cisco Unified Wireless Network solutions- BYOD solutions with Cisco ISE- Location based mobile services and network management solutions (Cisco MSE & Cisco Prime)- Cloud based network monitoring services with OSS: Nagios, Icinga, Check_MK, Open Monitoring Distribution- Log management solutions with both Commercial and Open Source software (Splunk, Logstash+Kibana/Graphite)
