Responsibility & Authority:• Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the entire Hotel.• Ensure that rooms are made as per company standard.• Prepare Annual Housekeeping Budget.• Maintain par stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen and uniform. • Organize inventories with Accounts and General Store for linen, uniform and fixed assets.• Pay particular attention while organizing pest eradication activities.• Develop and implement Housekeeping systems and procedures• Prepare reports for management information.• Assist Purchase department in selecting suppliers for items related to Housekeeping.• Plan, control and supervise Horticultural activities.• Attending and resolving guest complaints.• Verification of supplies consignments.• Organize on-the job training and evaluate its effectiveness.• Approval of the Functional Manual of the department.• Recommend recruitment of new personnel.

As a House keeping executive, since pre-opening stage from 12th Oct 2007-15th Dec 2009Skills & Responsibility.• Making the snag list of entire public area and rooms.• Presentation of pre-opening budget of department like guest supplies, uniform, F& B linen and room linen, land escaping, cleaning agent, laundry , flower and fix asset budget .• Presentation to corporate house keeper of CMP, weekly report, monthly report, and marble gross level and linen white ness report.• From Nov -08, taking care of department in absent of executive House keeper, both operation and administration. • Ensuring fulfillment of all the needs and requirements relating to the team assign to me regarding training, counseling etc.• Maintenance of discipline, ensuring and adherence by team members as per the parameters lay down by the company.• Coordinate to the management having sound technical knowledge and keep up to date with the new developments in the industry.
