Current• Designing, developing, and deploying custom web parts in Qatar Rail's intranet portal using technologies such as C#, jQuery, and JavaScript.• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality deliverables by executing proper unit test case plans and conducting integration testing.• Generating design, technical architecture, and functional documents for Qatar Rail's SharePoint applications.• Overseeing financial resources, managing budgets, assigning responsibilities to team members, and ensuring seamless project delivery.• Leading the architecture and design of enterprise-level IT applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.• Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, develop process models, and establish milestones and timelines.• Managing project budgets and resources, allocating tasks to team members and ensuring smooth project delivery• Assisting procurement team in preparing RFP, technical evaluation of consultants, RFC, Contract & Project awarding.• Evaluating employee performance and conducting performance appraisals.
