Have more than 4 years of experience in logistics field of which details of work as follows:*Make arrangements with Freight Forwarder/Liner to release the BK based on planning sheet *Co-ordinate with surveyors, fumigators & Transporters to execute the shipment accordingly *Follow up with documentation team / CFS staffs for customs clearance internally *Arrange for Form 13 from Liner/Forwarders *Familiar with ODEX Platform to apply for Form 13, SB upload, Invoice Request & BL counter process *Keep track of the shipment and will update the client/customers *Preparation of documents like BL draft, Certificates & COO *Maintain of records for completed shipments including all documents *Collect vendor bills and prepare invoice in manual or through ERP system *Negotiate with carriers for ocean freight rate and reduce the cost then quote to client with profit margin *Determine the methods which is beneficiary to both clients and us *Follow-up of pre/post shipments vessel position and will keep consignee/shipper as updated*Drafting of customs related letter // Keep record of mail communication between client & us which related to day-to-day activities of shipments / about Critical ScenariosExcellent team player and looking to enlarge my skills in shipping and logistics management.
