Responsibilities:• Handling team of 9 recruiters to guide them for end-to-end delivery of the search mandates• Prospecting for clients and adding to the client base. • Pursuing leads assigned by team members based on the Project Track Report and signing up clients for our services. • Procuring assignments with clarity in terms of Scope of work, deliverables and commercial terms. • Review serviceability before accepting an assignment• Responsible for end-to-end delivery of the search mandate • Client anchorage, review & updates • Consulting/Counseling client in candidate selection

Responsibilities:• Responsible for end to end delivery of resources for open positions• Co-ordination with Heads of department for resource requirement and arrive at appropriate strategies for the requirement.• Consolidation of Resource requisition document from Technical Heads and follows up tracks and closes all recruitment as per requirement.• Facilitating and guiding the 5 member team for recruitment of all resource requirements within the specified lead times and ensure that there are no pending recruitments.• Ensures adherence to recruitment processes and Generate required MIS reports.• Monitored & minimized the lead time for recruitment.• Resource coordination & deployment.• Co-ordination with Manpower consultants & Vendor development.• Organize Induction and orientation programs for newly joined members.
