 Working along with customer engineers for process stability of various vacuum-forming moulds. Involved in process validation and process development. Ensure Productivity and Quality of products manufactured in coordination with shift Engineers. Being a leader of CFT, identified efficiency and effectiveness areas for improvements & Approved Process Measures and Objectives of all functions of the Organization. Responsible for daily maintenance activities of sheet plant along with utilities and primly responsible for adherence to preventive maintenance schedules of imported B G Plast Italy make and J.P. Industries. Make multi – layer co-extrusion sheet plant and continuous monitoring of MTBF & MTTR. Implementation of TS-16949: 2002 procedures& adherence to QMS. In absence of Head- Manufacturing co-ordinate and follow up with the customer. Implementations of Kaizens generated by Shift Engineers, workman by evaluating potential gain and present it to the Management. Successfully interchanged different layers of extruded sheet by modifying feed block of Machine. Development is in progress for the interchangeability of feed block of two plants. Developed high gloss GP/HIPS sheet withstanding the mechanical properties as required by customer.  Our backward integration activities enabled us to incorporate change in screen changer of indigenous plant by studying our present imported plant.  Review and verification of monitoring of MSA, SPC, FMEA studies.  Approval of Control Plans, PPAP in coordination with Head QA. Review and verification of monitoring of Product / Process Audits., Layout inspection activity. Review and verification of monitoring of proper actions are initiated for customer complaints & thereof monitoring of effectiveness.  Visit Customer in case of line rejection issues, material rejection analysis at customer end if needed. Review and verification of monitoring Analysis and Action on customer returns.
