About Pravin Pathak

A little over a year ago I wanted a change in career and move from a job to doing something of my own. So I started developing products and I ended up taking a partner role at a great B2B company and have been loving it ever since, being an integrated part of fast growing startup, having over 10 branches in profit centers.I am a huge people person and spent several years in online marketing & branding. But my last company inspired me to operate on profit and loss (P&L) model and I loved it when I got success! There is nothing greater than finding opportunities for smart people to do awesome things, and it’s a fantastic process I feel lucky to participate in. I worked with NowFloats during my time at Bangalore and Raipur in a variety of roles. At first, I joined at a very initial level bringing business for them, but by the end, they trained me and my growing team to work upon the profit and loss model. I was a Branch Manager at NowFloats - Raipur & Bangalore with 8+ years of experience in Business Setup & Operations on turnkey levels space selling, SEO, web advertising, promotions, events, and campaigns. I have worked on integrated campaigns for major categories such as Builders, Automobiles, Events, and Education and have been recognized with several awards during my career.I have worked with the leadership team & understood the importance of the Profit and loss model, which gave me confidence and inspired me to start something of my own.When I am not working, I am usually with my friends who love to make fun more than I do. I am very much a kid at heart and loves to cook, play guitar, and travel whenever I can. I love meeting new people and learning new things.
