Provide TIER 2 support to internal Citizens Property Insurance Corporation employees and contractorsConfiguration, installation, maintenance, and network administration on Windows 7 workstations, laptops and printersMaintain high resolution rate for all tickets touchedResponsible for daily support activities such as systems security, peripheral installation, software upgrades, routine installation and maintenance of hardware.Provide telephone or electronic support to field staff resolving technical problems. Includes coordination of problem-solving efforts between vendors and field service personnel, software support, investigation and analysis of product programs related to assigned products.Provide certificate Management, File Encryption and VPN support. Provided application support such as, but not limited to: Symantec Anti-Virus, Microsoft Office Suite 2013, MS Outlook 2013, Internet Explorer 9, Google Chrome, IBM Personal Communications, ADOBE Acrobat Reader and Professional, Cisco System Anyconnect VPN client, Active Directory, Microsoft Remote Assistance, AS400, BMC Footprints Ticketing System.

• Provide TIER 1 phone and desk side support to internal Citizens Property Insurance Corporation employees and contractors• Configuration, installation, maintenance, and network administration on Windows XP workstations, laptops and printers• Maintain high resolution rate for all tickets touched• Currently resolve 50% of all closed helpdesk tickets over three technicians• Responsible for support activities such as systems security, peripheral installation, software upgrades, routine installation and maintenance of hardware.• Provide telephone or electronic support to field staff resolving technical problems. Includes coordination of problem-solving efforts between vendors and field service personnel, software support, investigation and analysis of product programs related to assigned products.• Provide certificate Management, File Encryption and VPN support. • Provided application support such as, but not limited to: Symantec Anti-Virus, Microsoft Office Suite 2003, MS Outlook 2003, Internet Explorer, IBM Personal Communications, ADOBE Acrobat Reader, Microsoft VPN, Active Directory, Microsoft Remote Assistance, AS400, Intuit Track-IT ticketing system, Intuit Footprints Ticketing System.
