In this job, I am responsible for interviewing doctors and nurses in France for our marketing perception study. Our main goal is to understand how we can strengthen our client's image at a corporate level and improve the customer experience. Through this work, I learned about medical ethics, pharmacovigilance codes, and a better understanding of medical treatments. As a qualitative researcher, my main task was to contact hospitals, conduct interviews, and surveys with healthcare professionals, transcribe the interviews, and translate them from French to English. - Social Research- Interviews- Surveys and A/B tests- Translation

During my PhD I conducted ethnographic research in Australia, England, and France, investigating the emergence of transnational communities through musical and religious experiences (religious branding and marketing, transnational migration, community building). I have worked at the university as a lecturer for undergraduate and postgraduate students and have had the opportunity to help plan new lectures. Because of Pandemic, I started teaching online courses, which challenged me to develop new group dynamics, find new interactive online tools, and improve my knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Zoom. I participate in research projects with experienced researchers and in several international academic conferences. As part of the research team, I collaborate with a group of sociologists and photographers to accomplish the organisation of their database. My main responsibilities were to assist the students in the designing of their research project and manage the data they produced. As I was responsible for data management, I took the initiative to present them with the Data Management Plan (DMP) according to the European Union standards, which became the main reference tool for the project. As a Social Media Evaluator, my main job was to improve the user experience in platforms such as Facebook and Google websites. My duties included evaluating the quality of landing pages, Google ads and promotional videos, classifying sensitive content and assessing the relevance of the results provided by the research tool. During the internship I assisted in graphic design for social media, events, and websites. I was able to contribute to the creative briefings and was even responsible for a series of Instagram posts (content selection, post planning, responsible for translation and graphic design) as well as the Mother's Day event (design creation, mood boards, management of the photoshoot). I was responsible for updating their website and creating new web pages for special events.
