For the 50-seat Mt. Baker neighborhood restaurant, I prioritized gracious customer service by welcoming regular customers and first-time guests, switching between morning barista, server & bartender. I hired, trained and supervised FOH staff while also balancing the books daily and handling money. I managed the FOH scheduling, weekly ordering and monthly inventory, strategizing FOH labor and cost of goods, and increasing the overall beverage sales in the past two years.

I mastered standard and signature drinks for table service and to-go orders, delegating tasks to bar backs during my short-term residence in Los Angeles. As a server, I anticipated the needs of the customers and staff by being super-aware and attentive.
