Overcoming by faith and a positive attitude Precious S. Carter has been propelled from a girl born in prison and living a life of poverty and rejection into a life full of joy, love and success. She has been married to her husband for close to 21 years and has 3 sons ages 22. 17 and 8. She is a LPN by trade. In 2010 she began mentoring young women who were struggling with low self esteem resulting from rejection, abandonment and abuse. And has plans to open a non profit facility where she will be able to provide short term housing, life skills such as resume writing, parenting, interviewing skills and home making to young women with children who want to become empowered and independent.In 2015 she began pursuing her passion of helping others. She began reaching out to women who struggled with finding their passion and vision and helped them develop the confidence to find out what they wanted and helping find strategies to pursue it with passion. Precious has worked in management in many different industries from telecommunication, retail and now healthcare. Throughout her career she has helped leadership develop strategies to improve employee satisfaction and engagement. She has created staff development plans and even mentored leadership on communication.In 2017 she became a certified life coach. She also completed and published her first book, Broken Beginnings, Beautifully Graced. She is dedicated to helping others to overcome obstacles and to pursue their dreams with purpose and determination. Through her life experiences, she has gained insight that uses pursue her vision and to help others pursue their dreams. She has an expectation that everyone that she works with will fulfill their destiny if they put the work in.
