Main duties and responsibilities:- Identifying the necessary components/parts/materials for planned maintenance- Short-term and long-term aircraft fleet maintenance planning- Taking care of timely delivery of components/materials/tools- Creating long term plans and defining the minimum stock amounts necessary, based on previous experience and supply utilization trends- Planning and upon request delegating to operations purchasers procurement of material for planned maintenance- Producing and analyzing the procurement plan for parts/materials/services- identifying required components for Company fleet, including BFE (Buyer Furnished Equipment) for the new fleet- Monitors researching and negotiations best terms for cooperation and component prices Including component repair- Supervises and monitors consumption of material, minimizing loss and surplus- keeping precise data on provider services and quality- Monitoring component stock support of the Company’s high service performance levels done by Purchaser planner- Planning budget for material/component requirements- Closely monitoring suppliers to ensure delivery according to TAT- Monitoring performance of suppliers contracts, taking corrective measures as needed to ensure compliance and quality with all procurement requirements- Bid assessment and defining of evaluation template- Processing RFP and Tenders for MRO services (Airframe, Engines, APU, Landing Gears, Component maintenance, Cabin refurbishment, etc))- Contracting and monitoring of contract execution (Airframe, Engines, APU, Landing Gears, Component maintenance, etc) Loan, exchange, purchase of tools, material, parts and components- Material storage in accordance with EASA regulation Show less
