As Cut Over manager for Global Warranty solution for Jaguar Landrover I am responsible for Global deployment of SAP IS auto warranty Solution. Responsible for designing the overall Cut Over Strategy, Cut Over Approach, Plan and Deployment. Also responsible for designing Dry Run approach and execution of Dry Runs.As part of a global SAP program of Jaguar Landrover National Sales Companies, I was required to develop a methodology framework that helped in standardization of deployment across geographies. Responsibilities included managing the development of Global Template Based Roll Out methodology aligned with Agile 8 methodology framework using Solution Manager 7.1.SME for SAP IS Auto Warranty for one of the world best know premier luxury car manufacturer. Responsibilities included developing solution for Global Warranty, designing of interface strategy for dealer portal and other legacy system. Designing of Custom Build solution incorporating enhancements available in SAP IS Auto Warranty.

As a part of Talent Pool-2012 (High Potential Employee Programme) was assigned the responsibility for driving the Business Excellence and Strategy for Europe as part of job rotation to a corporate role.My responsibility includes managing, identifying, coordinating Business Excellence and Organizational Improvement related activities using TBEM (Tata Business Excellence Model) Framework to achieve annual business excellence targets.To promote Business Excellence awareness in UK and EU against targets.To conduct internal TBEM assessment.To promote and help business units in fulfilling business excellence/ TBEM Framework requirements in UK and EU. Responsible for the North America implementation of SAP IS-Auto VMS solution for Jaguar Landrover as a part of the Global Roll out of SAP. Designing custom build solution for global SAP implementation under SAP IS-Auto VMS Solution.Worked as Functional Consultant for PM module for Tata Motors in on of the largest end to end SAP 4.6c implementation in India in terms of daily data volume and user base. My responsibilities included implementation of PM module for Tata Motors Jamshedpur plant.
