Performing various QA testing, provided support to UAT team and created test scenarios and test scripts.Looking after the entire gamut of Performance Management ( The entire Performance Appraisal cycle of the internal employees of the organization globally, right from the Objective setting till the Year-end activities ). ,Recruitment (Full Recruitment Process) and Talent Management. • Working closely with applications Support group to ensure proper post-implementations hand off. • Closely work with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions • Liaising with different HRBPs and business stakeholders in order to understand business requirements and implement necessary plan of action. • Assisting Technical Team through various testing and UATs’ regarding implementation of new artifacts. Incorporating new employees in the organizational structure, performing organizational reassignments and terminating employees in the system. Maintaining database for performance related data. Preparing, analyzing and maintaining various business reports for regular and mandatory audit implication purposes, and assisting employees in the 360 degree feedback process.
