Launched a beta mobile app that syncs with activity trackers, continuous glucose monitors and other wearables to offer personalized predictions and recommendations that help customers make healthy choices.

Led the Product & Design teams responsible for new customer acquisition, member experience across web + app as well as the systems used to procure, manage & merchandize inventory. Developed the overall Consumer vision and strategy, aligned the company around it & successfully executed. Notable accomplishments include lowering member churn by ~10%, modernizing the Search & Discovery stack, establishing empowered Product squads, increasing experimentation velocity and up-leveling company processes around planning, goal-setting and Product Discovery.

Built a common platform to power Search & Recommendations across all of Expedia Group's brand sites and apps, including Expedia, Hotels.com & Vrbo. Tested & rolled out changes that drove over 20% uplift from improved Search CVR and Monetization.

My team owned Expedia Partner Central, the portal used by ~1 million Expedia Group lodging partners. Under my leadership, the team re-designed and personalized the Expedia Partner Central interface to boost partner engagement, resulting in a 600 basis point increase in partner satisfaction and doubling of partner self-service rates.

Designed and built incentive systems to drive desired marketplace behavior. Created tools to help lodging partners understand and improve factors impacting their visibility in the marketplace. Launched Accelerator, a new paid placement product that went from zero to a $50 million revenue stream in under 3 years.

Started out building search & recommendation solutions for wireless carriers in the relatively early days of mobile, with low bandwidth & limited processing power on devices. Post iPhone introduction, drove Medio's pivot to providing predictive analytics capabilities to help enterprise clients better engage, retain and monetize their mobile customers.

Held leadership roles and successfully launched new releases of multiple Microsoft products including Office, Windows Mobile & Project.
