Core responsibilities as a Senior Technical Writer:•Independently conceptualize, plan, and develop documentation for CDC eCommerce, and Marketing Automation suite of products, while being a part of two Agile teams and essaying the role of an equal partner.•Participate in software release planning processes, review high level design documents, and provide documentation plans, and assess project risks.•Work and communicate effectively with a globally-distributed agile team.•Conduct Product training sessions for the documentation team.•Enhance test papers for recruitment process.•Mentor new hires.•Take on special projects and initiatives outside the scope of regular tasks.

CDC Software’s product suite includes software for customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise requirements planning (ERP), supply chain management (SCM), marketing automation, and e-Commerce among others.Core Responsibilities as a Technical Writer:•Assess the impact of the release on the assigned deliverables.•Publish and maintain completed deliverables.•Work with reviewers for technically accurate and timely content.•Handle support incidents for documentation.•Edit and/or author specialized documents such as Technical References.•Work with the Lead Editor to improve the in-house style guide.•Conduct information sessions for the Documentation team.
