o Handling End-to-End Recruitments in the IT Domain, Oil and Gas, constructiono Sourcing the best talent from the diverse sources i.e through Job Portals, Walk-Ins, Existing Databank and Employee Referral Programs. o Scheduling and coordinating interview process for short-listed candidates. o Follow up with the offered candidates and keep track if their joining dates.o Actively involved in Data Management like resume management & update the Resource system, maintaining database of potential candidates.o Understand the client/management requirement and accordingly build MIS to track, analyse and improve hiring efforts.o Handling reimbursement claims of joined candidates.o Assist lead in preparing recruitment plan on approved number of hiring as per the Job Requisition and scheduling the task.
