Key Roles /Functions:Recruitment & Selection * Receiving 'Manpower Requisition' from department based on requirement, qualification and experience for each post. * On the basis of requirement, Collection and short listing of resumes from the exiting data bank, job portals, Employee reference or calling the applicant through consultant. * Salary Negotiation. * Conducting HR interviews and reference checks of candidates. * Monitor and ensure timely completion probation. Induction & Orientation * Co-ordination with H.O.D's for Induction plan. * Preparing Induction Plan with consultation of HOD's. Social Activities * Arranging gifts for the employees for their marriage or on other social functions. * Organizing Birth Day celebrations for employees.
