The cruise is designed & customised especially for the Indian audience and also for the foreigners visiting India to experience the flavour of Indian culture, food & hospitality. As COS, my role is also to ensure relaying messages and ideas from other senior executive leaders to improve the internal functions and processes of the company and making strategic plans to ensure all business functions are efficient and at their most productive.

Key Responsibilities Promotional Strategy• Strategically grow existing events, and develop new tourism activities.• Initiate, organize, and participate in exhibitions, holiday shows, travel trade, consumer promotions and award functions.• Design, develop and conduct FAM tours for media, event planners, tour operators and travel agents.• Market film shoots, events, weddings and educational tours.• Contribute and monitor the flow of web content.Media & Agency Relations• Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals and budget. • Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media.• Coordinate all public relations activities.• Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media.• Manage media inquiries and interview requests.• Create content for press releases and keynote presentations.• Evaluate opportunities for partnerships and advertising on an on-going basis.• Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness.

Project Overview Sahara Quest was an uber luxury club membership for the UHNI’s spread across 23 cities, including Aamby Valley City. This included integrated development of Retail, Healthcare, Education, Leisure, Entertainment and Hospitality set up through global alliances.Key Responsibilities• Pivotal member of International Strategic Alliances Team working for brands evolving in India for Sahara Star and Aamby Valley City for various business activities.• Contributing towards Product Development, strategic leadership, coordination of activities and administrative oversight. • Liaison with Retail and Corporate Clients.• Contributing towards brand awareness of the upcoming luxury product.• Managing and Motivating the business development team to implement strategies and achieve Management Business Objectives.• Developing & maintaining key relationships with HNI and UHNI clients.• Understanding of client needs, providing solutions where need be, by advising on forthcoming product developments.
