Structuring projects and deals to support the real estate green transition

Responsible for technical sales, "proof-of-concept" and implementation projects for the AI platform for urban mobility in bus operator companies. Pedro provided critical contribution for Optibus’ market expansion in Brazilian cities, such as Rio de Janeiro, Curitiba and Belo Horizonte. In Rio, he was the technical lead in the request for proposal project, which resulted in the closing deal with Rio's BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) - one of the biggest BRT systems in Brazil.

Coordination of planning efforts for urban emergencies, high impact city events and improvements for the urban operational management at COR. Also responsible for COR's Innovation Program, which includes coordination of "COR's Challenge" (the main open innovation initiave at COR) and the relationship management with almost 100 partners at COR's innovation ecosystem.

Pedro started to work in the Rio de Janeiro Operations Center (COR) a few weeks after the launching of this urban management pioneer project. The first position was to cover the overnight shift of the PR team. Since them, he also played leading roles at the PR team, managed COR's control room and an special projetcs, like the planning for 2014's World Cup and the Rio 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games. For the Olympics, Pedro managed the team known as the "Olympic Bunker", responsible for all arragements to prepare COR for a higher level of integration to deal with the complexity of the world biggest event. One highlight delivered by the Bunker Team was the Urban Mobility Integrated Center (CIMU, in portuguese), an integrated center dedicated to coordinate city transport operations for the Rio 2016 Games. Pedro is coordinator of the Public Relations team of COR, since november of 2016.
