CurrentScreening, short-listing & validating resumes as per client requirement.• Sourcing the Candidates through Job Portals, Head hunting, reference etc. in stipulated time frame.• Contact eligible candidates for interviews & follow ups coordination with candidates and clients.• Scheduling interviews for candidates.• Follow up with the candidates and clients till joining.• Responsible for the coordination for joining of candidates.• Preparing daily/weekly and monthly report.Specialties:- Hiring activities like Recruitment, Resume/ CV evaluation, sourcing.- Sourcing of required middle level and higher managerial level candidates for the well-renowned companies from technical as well as non-technical background.- Client handling,Head hunting, Cold calling, etc.
