Consultant - Virtual Bookkeeper
CurrentJob Responsibilities: Bookkeeping, Administration, Accounting & Financial Reporting -Maintain Quick Books Desktop & Online-Create New vendor, Estimates and Invoices-Record Accounts Receivables and Payables-Upload Bills in Bill.Com for payment of bills-Monthly Reconciliation and Financial Reporting -Generate Accounts Receivables reports every week for outstanding payment collection-Assist the CFO in developing annual budget and lead the preparation of departmental budgets-Prepare and oversee journal entries including recurring entries and allocations, such as preparing month-end accruals, pre-paid adjustments, and unrecorded liabilities.-Maintain fixed assets sub-ledger including reconciliation to general ledger-Research accounting issues and procedures with emphasis on best-practices, correct any jobmis-charges during the month.-Create and implement new payroll data input template to increase efficiency with monthly payrollpreparation and reconciliation.-Doing data entries.-Set-up Quick Books files for new clients.-Able to work large data using different tools.-Looking after costing of the company. -Looking in the Net profit/Loss of the company. -Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual financials and reviewing with clients.
