Quality Assurance & Quality Control, Lean Management, Integrated Management Systems, Problem Solving - Interaction, Immediate Action, RCA & CAPAa) Develop and Implement Quality Assurance processes for R & D Qualification Test Labb) Perform incoming, in process & final inspection as required. Performing inspections as perblueprints (GD&T), plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.c) Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications. Review Supplier certificates/Documents.d) Recommend/Implement improvements to the production process to ensure quality control & participate in product standardization activities.e) Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.f) Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
