Responsibilities:•Functional analyst of ERP software- Microsoft Dynamics AX.•Lead coordinator for implementing ERP which includes responsibilities like coordinating & training the staff for usage and administrating.•Monitoring all masters, transactions including production, sales and purchase, bill passing, inventory, sub-contract and quality.•Control MRP (Material Requirement Plan) process.•Establish ERP system specifications by conferring with users, analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements.•Generating various MIS reports for the management review.IMPLEMENTATION STATUS:•DEC 2010 SUCCESSFUL COMPLETED THE PHASE 1 IMPLEMENTATION. - Sales, Purchase, Bill Passing, Stock, Production, In House Production, PRC & SRC-Amendment and all Pre-prints are configured.•JAN 2012 SUCCESSFUL COMPLETED THE PHASE 2 IMPLEMENTATION. - MRP, Sub-contract, Quality (in coming, in process, final), Accounts.•STUDY ON PHASE 3 IMPLEMENTATION. - Stage wise production, Man power allocation, Buffer stock.
